4th Study Visit and Evaluation Workshop in suburbs of Gjirokaster, Albania

The autumn activities of the SMARTiMONY project started with a study visit organised by the project partner Qendra për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim Rajonal – RCDC, in Gjirokaster, Albania. The aim of these activities concerns all the project partners Laboratory of Knowledge and Intelligent Computing-University of Ioannina, Prefekti i Qarkut Gjirokastër, Municipality of Igoumenitsa to get to know the history and culture of the countries involved in the project.

The participants had the opportunity to visit and learn about the history of the:

  • Ali Pasha’s Bridge
  • Kordhoce Bridge
  • Church of the dorminition of theotokos Labova e Kryqit
  • Libohove Fort
